VolLand Solutions is a Murfreesboro-based land development and excavation company serving Middle Tennessee. We help property owners, builders, and developers turn raw land into build-ready ground through forestry mulching, general land clearing, trenching, excavation/site prep, and residential access crossing solutions. We’re a small company that moves big things — and we treat every project like it’s our own, with direct communication from day one and a clear focus on doing the work right the first time.

We also invest in training and technology, including advanced systems like a CAT simulator, to improve accuracy, efficiency, and jobsite safety — delivering better results for our clients and ensuring every team member goes home safe every day.

    Roger Rodriguez

    PRESIDENT/OWNER

    Roger Rodriguez is the president and owner of VolLand Solutions a land clearing and site preparation company in the Middle Tennessee area. VolLand Solutions also has a trucking division that allows projects to stay on budget and to move timely. 

    Roger has over fifteen years of experience in international logistics and wholesale distribution. Roger is extremely detail oriented and ensures each project meets his high standards of excellence. Whether it is a single residential homesite, a large commercial project, or specialty hauling, Roger is committed to exceeding the customers expectations. Roger enjoys building relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers. Roger combined his passion for heavy equipment and logistics with a genuine love for the volunteer state.  Roger and his wife Carly are proud to raise their three boys in Middle Tennessee.

    CARLY RODRIGUEZ

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Carly Rodriguez serves as the vice president and marketing director of VolLand Solutions. Carly brings creative strategies, clear communication and patience throughout each project’s entirety. Carly graduated the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. She thoroughly enjoys homeschooling her three young boys.

    JOSHUA TEMPLETON

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Joshua Templeton takes pride in his work and the relationships he builds along the way. He’s the proud father of three children. His oldest son serves in the U.S. Army. His daughter is a high school senior planning to attend Cumberland University. His youngest son, who is autistic, inspires him every day. Joshua also enjoys being a positive role model to his fiancé and two children.

    When he’s not working, Joshua enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He brings honesty, leadership, and dedication to everything he does.

    CODY MOSELY

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Cody is a dedicated and hands-on project manager who takes pride in delivering quality work and building strong relationships along the way. He brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. Cody values clear communication, teamwork, and seeing a project through from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Cody is a proud fiancé and father. His son and family are the driving force behind his motivation and growth. With a focus on learning, improving, and earning trust through action, Cody approaches every challenge with respect, accountability, and a willingness to get his hands dirty.

    Rico Dominguez

    CMO

    Rico Dominguez brings a background in marketing, communications, and strategy to VolLand Solutions. He earned his undergraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of Miami and later completed his MBA at the University of Denver, where he focused on marketing and analytics. Rico’s role at VolLand centers on building the brand, connecting with customers, and helping drive the company’s growth through thoughtful strategy and communication.

    Outside of work, Rico enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Katie, stay busy keeping up with their son Luc’s sports schedule, which has become a big part of their lives. As a fiercely competitive family, they enjoy traveling together, skiing, and visiting sporting venues across the country, often combining their love of sports with opportunities to explore new places. Their dog Rocky rounds out the team at home.
